Notice to Parents, Teachers, and Students

• Prepdog free site
  The free end of the site includes interactive tests, tutorials, lessons, and various other resources.  No personal information is recorded on the free end of the web site.  A student may enter a name for an interactive test or opt to place any symbol on a keyboard to complete a test, the symbol or name is not recorded. 
  
• Prepdog membership
  The membership side of Prepdog.com includes a Computer Management System called "Moodle".  Prepdog sells a teacher or parent membership to pay for the cost of maintenance.  The membership will gather personal information for the purpose of billing, registration, and updates.  Teachers must sign a FERPA compliant agreement that states that they will not use personal information on the site. 
  
• Prepdog donations and store
  All purchases on Prepdog are filtered through PayPal or third party venders.  Prepdog does not collect personal information for purchases, with the exception of an email transfer to thank donors for contruibutions.  Please read privacy policies for third party vender purchases.
  
• Prepdog awards
  Students under the age of eighteen will not receive any awards or be contacted by Prepdog.com unless a parent consent form has been signed by the legal gaurdian of the student in question.

  The online features, Moodle, described in this web site will be available in the near future. This Children’s Online Privacy Policy states our current policies on information collection, use and disclosure. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, and will post any changes to this policy as soon as they go into effect on this site.
